6th March, 2020 When I was facing redundancy after 18 years i was so lucky that my cv was picked up by Sonia. Not only did she give me initial feedback on what employers would be looking for she gave me confidence in myself and my achievements. She placed me in a new job in a different industry that I love. She knew the company so well and the people within it she could see I would fit in before I went there. I was well prepared for the interview because of Sonia and relaxed when I went in there.
